How do I schedule a birthday party at Kid Junction?
It couldn't be easier to schedule your party at Kid Junction. You can call Kid Junction at (856) 273-9500 and we will be happy to book your party over the phone. You can also send in your request via this Party Request Form link and a Kid Junction team member will contact you promptly.
Is there a deposit required to book my party at Kid Junction?
A $182.50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your birthday party time slot. The balance is due the day of your party. For your convenience Kid Junction gladly accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment options.
Is outside food allowed?
No, we do not allow any outside food to be brought into Kid Junction. The only exception made is for children with severe food allergies, infant bottles and jarred baby food.
How many guests are included in the Ultimate Party Package?
Kid Junction's Ultimate Party Package includes 17 party guests plus the birthday child. Additional guests are welcome! Each guest over the standard 17 will incur a charge of $12.95 per child. Adults are always FREE at Kid Junction. Each party room at Kid Junction can accommodate up to 40 children. Once the party exceeds 40 children, an additional adjacent party room will be required for a charge of $60.00.
How long does a birthday party last at Kid Junction?
The Ultimate Party at Kid Junction is a 2 hour party. We ask that the birthday family arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled party time to review the details of the party. Additional hours of play are available for an additional charge, depending on the birthday schedule that day, however, arrangements must be made in advance with the management team at Kid Junction.
What is the schedule for a birthday party at Kid Junction?
Your guests will arrive at Kid Junction, and will be greeted by your personal Party Host. The Host will collect the gifts for you, keeping them safe and organized. At this time your guests will have free play throughout Kid Junction's facility. After 1 hour of free play, your party room will be set for you, and the party host will gather everyone to the party room. You will be served pizza and/or hot dogs, drinks and any other special goodies that you have requested. The special birthday cake will follow and once everyone has finished, the kids can go and play again within the facility. Your party host will do all clean up, and will then meet with you to finalize your bill at the end of your 2 hour party.
Is a gratuity included in your party balance?
No, we do not include any gratuity in your final bill. Gratuities are certainly welcomed and appreciated by our party staff, however, it is 100% optional for you to tip your party host. If you need any additional information on a gratuity please feel free to ask one of the Kid Junction management team members.
Can I bring my own decorations/paper products/balloons?
Absolutely. You are allowed to bring in your own themed table wear and decorations. You may also bring your own balloons as we do not provide balloons. We do ask that the balloons remain in the party room until your party has ended. We do not allow anything to be hung on the painted walls, however, the windows may be used. We do NOT allow piñatas at Kid Junction.
Can I bring my own party favors/goodie bags?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own party favors/goodie bags if you elect not to purchase ours. Please, NO food or candy. We require the goodie bags to be held behind the main desk, and will assist you in handing them out as your guests are exiting Kid Junction.
What ages are appropriate for Kid Junction?
Kid Junction is appropriate for all children from 1 to 9 years of age. We do not charge for children under the age of 1 nor over age 9. Adults are always FREE at Kid Junction!
